Help Desk Certifications: MCDST

Who rules the world? Google...and Microsoft!

Thinking you want to get a certification that will make sense in your help desk career? Check out the MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician).

While no certification is perfect, the MCDSTS is a great option for all the Windows Help Desk's out there. We currently have one MCDST technician on my team, and a few others studying for the exam. I'll be posting other useful certifications soon.

Thanks to Hugh at Gaping Void for the graphic.
